Sculptural Mahogany and Glass Coffee Table – Europe, 1970s

Exceptional vintage coffee table with a sculptural design, made of mahogany wood (probably sipo or khaya) and topped with a rectangular glass top.

Its architectural base consists of two curved panels connected by two curved crossbars, highlighting remarkable cabinetmaking. The visible joints on the sides, perfectly executed, demonstrate high-end manufacturing characteristic of European productions from the late 1960s or early 1970s.
