Set of 6 “Flora” Blue Ironstone Soup Plates – Creil and Montereau, 19th century

Fine earthenware / ironstone soup plate.
From the famous “Flora” pattern by the Creil and Montereau factory, this design features a delicate blue monochrome floral motif printed under the glaze. Bearing the historic L.M. & Cie stamp, this piece was produced between 1855 and 1876, making it a wonderful example of 19th-century tableware from the French Third Republic.

Condition: Good overall condition for its age (please note: 2 chips and 1 plate with more patina than the others). Over 100 years old, it bears signs of age and manufacture (normal crazing of the glaze); see photos
